The Sudbury Commission on Disability is looking for volunteers to help make this year’s Accessible Trick-or-Treat a fun and welcoming Halloween celebration for children and families of all abilities.
The annual event will take place on Saturday, October 31, from 5-7 p.m. in the Meadowbrook Circle/Meadowbrook Road neighborhood.
Volunteers help make the event possible, and there are several ways to get involved:
- Set-Up Volunteers: 4-5 p.m.
- Event Volunteers: 4-8 p.m.
- Clean-Up Volunteers: 7-8 p.m.
Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School students can earn community service hours for volunteering.
Accessible Trick-or-Treat is designed to help create a Halloween experience where children with disabilities can participate alongside their families and friends. Volunteers are an important part of making the evening welcoming, accessible and successful.
