The July 6 meeting of the Sudbury Public Schools School Committee was cancelled after over half an hour of chipmunk-voiced audio on Zoom. After approximately 20 minutes of conducting the meeting as usual, participants appeared to become aware of the issue and attempted to fix the audio.
However, it was unclear what was happening because all voices on Zoom sounded like the chips, chucks, trills and clucks of gleeful chipmunks.

An executive session preceded the open chipmunk session.
It was unclear if any announcements were made regarding the executive session, due to the aforementioned chipmunk voice issue.
A new meeting date will likely be announced in short order. Or as a chipmunk might say “Chibble-ti-squip tweek!”
A spokesperson for the district noted “Pip-gaze teek-hollow!”
