Andrew Stephens will be sticking around as Superintendent/Principal at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School (LSRHS). During the February 10 meeting of the LSRHS school committee, Vice Chair Cathie Bitter made an announcement about the new contract.
Bitter told the public “The committee approved, in our last executive session in the last meeting, a new five year contract with Superintendent/Principal Andrew Stephens.”
Bitter went on to thanks Stephens, and negotiation subcommittee members Jack Ryan and Charles Morton for their collaboration on the process.
Stephens voiced appreciation for the process, saying it was representative of the highly collaborative relationship between the superintendent and the committee, then concluded “I love this place.” Stephens added “I’m deeply appreciative of the commitment you all have made to me, and I want to hopefully return that commitment in kind.” (1:02:00 below)
