While I was regrettably unable to attend the Sudbury250 events in person, I have enjoyed browsing the catalogue of programs available on demand via SudburyTV. I have washed dishes while learning about Sudbury’s early history and peoples, contemplated the purpose and evolution of American art with my family on a quiet summer evening, and listened to a lecture to pass the time while traveling.
It takes a lot of thought and planning to create such a wide variety of offerings, and I appreciate the many months of work that went into taking each idea from dream to reality.
Thank you to the Sudbury250 Committee and to SudburyTV for making these events both possible and digitally available. You have helped all of us to deepen our connection to this town’s – and this nation’s – incredible history.
