SuAsCo Climate Collaborative Community Meeting, November 4

We’d like to announce and invite you to the third community meeting of the SuAsCo Climate Collaborative on November 4, from 6:30–8 p.m., at Boxborough Town Hall in the Grange Room.

The Collaborative brings together municipalities, community organizations, and residents across the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord rivers watershed to prepare for climate change. Our work focuses on shared challenges across 36 communities, including flooding, drought, extreme heat, aging infrastructure, and ecosystem health.

At this meeting, we’ll share what we accomplished in Year 1 of our MVP grant, and provide updates on the climate vulnerability assessment now underway. We’ll also introduce a crowdsourcing map where people can contribute local knowledge to help inform the assessment.
